Healthy food list for women- PCOD/PCOS diet

  • Moon charged water - Keep water under moonlight overnight and drink it early in the morning
  • Wake up early and spend atleast half hour under morning sun to get enough Vitamin D
  • Ghee - Have 1 to 2 teaspoon of desi cow ghee everyday
  • Have Fermented foods(curds, chaas, idli)
  • Optional- Seasonal fruits(Any 1 fruit/day eg. Mango, Slice of papaya, slice of watermelon, banana,etc) 
  • Strength training - prefer lifting heavy weights with progressive overload in Gym
  • Avoid plastic containers to store food
  • Optional- Butter, Cheese
  • Protein sources- Chicked, Eggs, Whey, Casein, Soyabean, Paneer, Milk
  • Carb sources- White/Brown Rice, Oats, Wheat, Barley, etc
  • Fiber sources- Any green vegetables, Isabgol(Optional)
  • Enough water(Minimum 3-4 litres daily)
  • Sleep at-least 6-7 hours (Not more than 8 hours)
